1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NEXORA SOLUTION’s services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
NEXORA SOLUTION provides AI agent development, workflow automation, custom web development, and technical support services. The specific scope of services will be detailed in individual project agreements.
3. User Responsibilities

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

- General methodologies and techniques
- Tools and frameworks developed independently
- Knowledge and experience gained
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we provide our services “as is” and disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
NEXORA SOLUTION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
